Rock solid tech with top-tier automation

Pros

The tech behind this is rock solid and moves fast. The automation capabilities are absolutely top tier. Getting data in is easy which has let us take personalization way deeper for millions of users every single day. We honestly consider Blueshift more of a partner at this point because of how much support they've given us trying to grow.

Cons

Nothing really bad to report. But if I'm dreaming big, I wish the customer-level reporting had more depth. It's fine but it could be so much more

simple email campaign building

Pros

Putting together email campaigns based on events or customer segments is brain-dead simple in Blueshift. One time sends, recurring stuff, whatever you need. Once you build segments they just sit there, no constant refreshing required. And tweaking templates? Easy.

Cons

There are some little annoyances. Like you can't archive templates from old campaigns so your branch just gets cluttered up over time. And you can't duplicate a branch inside a campaign either which would save so much time. Look there are definitely things they could add to make it easier to use but even as-is it's still great software.

A gamechanger!

Pros

Pushing audiences out to places like Google and Facebook straight from Blueshift is a game changer and the best part is that those audiences update automatically so you never have to think about it again.

Cons

The reporting could definitely use some love and the platform gets a little buggy every now and then nothing major but enough to notice.

flexible data plugging and reusable segments

Pros

The way you can plug data into this thing is so flexible it's almost ridiculous. Building segments you can reuse over and over saves so much time. The templates actually adapt on the fly for personalization which is huge. API integration is smooth and dynamic and hooking into cloud apps like Salesforce just works. Plus the data science and machine learning models it kicks out actually tell you something useful.

Cons

The analytics side is solid but I'd love to see them add a proper query engine so I could really dig into the data sets myself. Being able to run my own reports and really understand what's happening would make driving campaigns so much easier.
