“Perfect CRM for Mortgage Teams
Pros
This CRM has completely transformed how I handle my mortgage business. The interface feels natural to work with and the automation features have really streamlined everything. I can focus more on actually serving my clients instead of getting bogged down in admin tasks. Getting started was surprisingly quick and effortless and now I'm using it constantly throughout my day. What I really appreciate are the customization options that let me customize things to my specific needs, plus the automated marketing campaigns that keep my pipeline flowing. The way it integrates with my other tools is reaaly easy which has made a huge difference in my efficiency and how I engage with clients. Since it's built specifically for mortgage professionals, managing leads and tracking loan progress feels smooth rather than forced. Their support team genuinely cares about helping me succeed which you don't always see. I'd definitely recommend this to any mortgage pro looking to take there business to the next level.

“Reliable Tool for Business Development
Pros
I find it really simple to navigate and pick up quickly. Being able to make calls directly from the CRM is super convenient. The marketing program works great for our needs.
Cons
Can only call files I've created myself. There's no way to reach out to loan officers or other people assigned to the account. Really frustrating that I can't do 3-way calls or transfer features either especially when I'm with a client and need to get someone else on the line.

Pros
The features and powerful capabilities are impressive for what you pay. Customer service responds quickly whenever I have issues or questions.
Cons

“Simple LOS Integration Process
Pros
I really appreciate how smoothly this integrates with our Lending Pad LOS. The sync works perfectly every time. Whenever I have questions the support team gets back to me super quickly and they're always helpful.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve when figuring out all the features and how to make the most of them for our dealership.

“Great Features with Improvements
Pros
I like how comprehensive this tool is. There's so much functionality packed in. The variety of options and settings is impressive plus all the data management capabilities, email campaigns and automation features. Being able to maintain contact info and notes for clients, realtors and other referral partners is great and I love that we can separate loan records for the same clients. The event logging feature keeps everyone informed which is super helpful. Customer support has been excellent too. They're incredibly responsive and always ready to help with any concerns. During onboarding and implementation they really did most of the heavy lifting for us.
Cons
Off and on, I feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of features available. The interface can get cluttered and cumbersome to navigate making me wonder if we're actually paying for functionality we dont really use. While it's packed with new features you could imagine, those looking for a more streamlined, simple solution might find this level of complexity unnecessary for there needs.

Pros
I have found that this tool is quite versatile. It handles everything from texting to online forms and distributing leads all in one place.
Cons
A few bugs pop up after updates that trigger some annoying messages I didn't want. The text messaging fees are pretty steep though I'm not entirely sure if that's their fault or not.

Pros
I picked up this platform really quickly, only needed a couple training sessions to get comfortable with everything. The interface feels simple and doesn't overwhelm you as a beginner.
Cons
I don't like having to clear out all the data before running each new search. It gets pretty annoying after a while
