The software helps us with handling things like work hours, time off, expenses and daily reports. Overall it makes these tasks easier to manage.
Cons
I feel like the CRM could benefit from better optimization such as automatic reminders or follow-ups, messaging integrations and automating certain tasks.

Boond Manager automation system is well designed and truly fits the job, providing us clear visibility on the roadmap and voting system.
Cons
The candidate search is not very well optimized and sourcing is complicated for all of my users.

Pros
We mostly use the app for CRM, tracking activities and expenses. Plus it also helps us with keeping up with contacts and actions. We do not really use the email feature that much.
Cons
Well we have been requesting few things for four years such as the ability to sort and display companies by postal code in the CRM. So can you add a column for this?

Pros
If you are a young company looking to simplify admin tasks with an all in one tool I would say do not look any further. As all modules come standard with no hidden costs. And while there are many customization options, it is pretty efficient for reducing time spent on administrative tasks.
Cons
Sure an ATS or CRM is more focused and can work better for specific tasks. But do we really use all the features they offer? Probably not.

It is a complete tool for team management. And let me give you a suggestion that choosing the right modules like CRM, ERP, resource management etc is key to maximizing the benefits of this solution.
Cons
We have only used the skills management part so far but the CRM part seems like it could be really useful.

Pros
We recently switched to Boond Manager and we are very pleased with it. Plus the features are user friendly and we have saved a lot of time in our processes. And the setup was fairly simple too.
Cons
The only tricky part was updating all the profiles in our database like over 1300 people to fit the right format before moving them to the software. But once that was done the import went quickly and smoothly.

I find it simple to set up, easy to understand and has all the features we need to get things done.
Cons
Umm I think the mobile version needs improvement as it provides access to all features but the user experience needs a complete overhaul.
