“Great for staying organized
Pros
I find it really user-friendly, especially for logging activity. The interface makes tracking tasks easy and doesn't require much of a learning curve.
Cons
The Outlook integration could use some work. While it plays nicely with Sales Loft I'd really love to see it connect with my calendar too.

“Good visibility with some complexity
Pros
I can track which team members have contacted clients and how frequently plus monitor client activity. This prevents duplicate outreach and keeps everyone coordinated.
Cons
The manual contract updates are a real pain point for me. I wish this tool could integrate directly with our OMS system so contracts would update automatically on both ends. Right now I'm basically entering the same information twice which feels pretty redundant and wastes time.
