“Excellent Platform for Social Selling
Pros
I love being able to connect with prospects across multiple channels from a single dashboard. Reaching out through LinkedIn, Twitter and email all happens easily in one spot. What really makes a difference is seeing all their social posts in one feed, engaging with their content has definitely boosted my campaign response rates and conversions.
Cons
The system gets sluggish when I'm working with tons of prospects, updating their posts takes forever. I also wish there was some AI assistance for writing comments but that feature doesnt exist yet.

“Simple and reliable with excellent support
Pros
I really like how this gives me a clean and user-friendly interface for LinkedIn that lets me organize my data exactly how I want it. Managing everything through the CRM like tracking leads, monitoring their posts and engaging with them. It is so much better than trying to do it all natively on LinkedIn where it feels like an inconvenience. Having everything centralized in one spot has been a huge time saver and really increased my productivity. The convenience actually makes me want to engage more since it's become part of my regular routine. Plus the support team is fantastic.
Cons
Sometimes it loses connection with LinkedIn though I suspect that's more LinkedIn being difficult to work with than anything else.

“Perfect CRM and Outreach Solution
Pros
I can set up campaigns incredibly quickly and the extra support plus suggestions really help my campaigns perform well. The CRM is fantastic too, the lead interface looks great and makes it simple to manage everything in one central location. This has become an essential part of my daily workflow.
Cons
I would really appreciate having live chat available on the website though I have to say their email support gets back to me pretty quickly.

“Outstanding CRM
Pros
I appreciate being able to handle cold outreach while having access to a modern CRM that lets me target leads precisely and engage with them across LinkedIn and Twitter. After getting used to this system it would be tough switching back to a traditional CRM.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed is the refresh delay, you have to wait a bit before your feed updates properly.
