Simple yet powerful CRM

Pros

The sales-pipeline tool with inline actions is very effective. Plus I love the charts at the top. The social media integration is also a big time saver, helping me with lead generation and quickly updating lead/contact details.

Cons

When I first used BROSH it did not have mass actions but after I requested it, they added the feature to the app. It took nearly a week but I am happy with the outcome.

Powerful sales-pipeline with time-saving integration

Pros

The sales-pipeline tool with its built-in quick actions is very powerful and I especially love the charts at the top! The social media integration is another huge time-saver. As it really helps with finding new leads and quickly adding or updating contact info.

Cons

When I first started using BROSH, there was not an option for bulk actions. After I asked about it they added the feature in about a week. Even though it took a little time, I am really pleased with how it turned out!
