great to connect company and customers

Pros

What works well for me is how this tool connects the company with customers and supports customer service effectively. I'm able to monitor business performance through reporting and analytics though learning some advanced features takes time. I also wish there were more documentation sources outside the official site.

Cons

In my experience the software can feel pricey and the interface somewhat complex. Even small issues can sometimes take longer than expected to resolve.

Adaptable CRM for diverse needs

Pros

Compared to other CRM systems I've used the interface takes more time to get used to. That said I still value it for its wide feature set, ability to grow with the business and strong customer management. I've also seen it work across different industries which makes it very adaptable.

Cons

I've noticed that the learning curve and customization can be challenging and at times customer support response could be better depending on the situation.
