Pros
One feature I really depend on is call log syncing since it lets me see how my team performs on cold calls and follow-ups. Support may take some time but they resolve issues properly and prevent repeat problems. Using the mobile app during site visits has helped my in-house team update data right away which has boosted conversions for warm leads.
