Its a user friendly platform and definitely worth the money we spent on it. We have seen a growth jump by 8-10% since we shifted to it. We are satisfied with its performance and look forward to continuing our partnership.
Cons
The mobile experience is not up to the mark. Support is decent but theres definitely room for improvement there. You may also find it a bit hard at the beginning but it gets better once you get the hang of it.

I really appreciate how customizable this platform is for our specific industry needs and the development team keeps adding new features and tech integrations that make a real difference.
Cons
No complaints as such. I understand that customizations need proper time for completion, testing and rollout. You really have to plan ahead and know which features you need right away versus what can be refined over time.

The customer support is really professional and helpful. They always get back to me whenever I have random ideas or questions that pop up.
Cons
The system is not as fast due to amount of data it has to deal with. We would love to use it more but the slow preformance makes that impossible right now.

Cons
I wish there was a user manual or online documentation explaining how everything works instead of having to call support and jot down notes every time.
