Pros
What I like most is how friendly and flexible the team is. Plans change often when building a business and I've seen them adjust schedules and strategies to better match our needs.
Cons
At this point I don't have anything to complain about as everything has been fine so far.

What I appreciate is both the results and the way they deliver them. I've found the team organized, responsive and clear in reporting progress and most importantly, they consistently bring in leads.
Cons

Pros
I've been impressed by their ability to consistently deliver strong BANT leads and replace them quickly when needed. Their professional approach and focus on results have helped increase RSVPs for our events and webinars.
Cons
While I see strong results I think reporting could be improved with deeper details like intent data and better profiling.

What I've gained from this tool includes lead generation, support for events and help building our online presence. All three have played an important role in our growth.
Cons

From my experience the support team is responsive and helpful. I also find the reporting useful and their suggestions often point us in the right direction.
Cons
Personally I don't see major downsides but I do think there's room to increase the number of qualified leads delivered.

What stands out most to me is how friendly and responsive everyone is. I've also noticed how process-focused they are which keeps projects organized and moving forward smoothly.
Cons
It's not exactly a dislike but I've noticed the process could use some fine-tuning since there tend to be too many no-shows for setup appointments.

For me the biggest value is the steady flow of leads and the mix of opportunities coming in. I also appreciate the good communication which makes everything easier to manage day to day.
Cons
Reaching out to the wrong type of client services has happened at times and I feel that targeting could be tighter. From my side, it would help a lot if outreach aligned better with the kind of customers we actually want to engage.

What I really like is how this tool books appointments and follows through on every connection. I can trust that our outreach goals are being handled properly without me having to chase updates.
Cons
From what I've seen some calls and emails come across a bit forced or scripted. As a user, I feel the communication would land better if it sounded more natural and conversational.

I appreciate how closely they've aligned with our internal processes and company culture. Working with Olga and Leslie feels more like a partnership and I rely on them to get things done behind the scenes.
Cons
Getting onboarded in late 2021 into 2022 was tougher than I expected and took longer than planned though I'll admit most of that was on our end. That said, renewing in late 2022 turned out to be the right move and I genuinely can't imagine hitting our revenue goals now without their flexibility, execution and ongoing partnership.

Pros
One thing I notice right away is how fast they are. When I have a question or concern, I usually hear back within an hour and they regularly check in to make sure everything is on track.
Cons
One thing I'd personally like to see improved is better coordination around call timing. Checking our availability more closely before scheduling would make the whole process smoother for us.

What stands out to me is the range of outbound channels they offer, from cold calling to email and social media. I like that they study different sales methods and push each one to get the best possible results.
Cons
