“Private document portal shines!”

Document portal is really valuable for clients since it gives them a secure private place to send us their documents.

Cons

I'd still love to see more lead management options added to it.

Right from the intro video this CRM felt polished and well thought out. Troubleshooting responses were fast and their team did a great job helping educate my staff and partners on how to use the product more effectively. CSV imports were handled quickly and getting support with automation, logo integration, white labeling and API conversion all went very smoothly. The CRM features are clear, transparent and built to help grow and elevate your brand. The electronic signature feature is easily one of my favorites. I'd gladly recommend this product to partners and associates anytime.

At this point I don't have any complaints about the product. Everything has been working in my favor.

There are plenty of useful features and the ones I appreciate most are the document storage and the pipeline milestones.

Cons

Client portal and e-signature features still need some improvement.

Pros

The software has made it simple to launch and run our loan origination operation without a messy setup, major training or long delays. The platform feels reliable responds quickly and is genuinely enjoyable to move through while processing loans.

Cons

It is updated regularly with new features and new ways to manage client portfolios and their data. The only challenge is that it can be time consuming to coordinate training for large groups whenever those new features are introduced.
