“Simple and Effective Donation platform

Pros

The back end interface is very simple and pulling campaign data is convenient. I check campaigns regularly and never encountered issues with data refreshing or syncing problems. You can easily link donation campaigns directly to your website subpages which makes integration with existing platforms easy. The front end experience is user friendly too and the team, personal pages met our exact needs. Onboarding with Jenna was simple though somewhat surface level. Still Jenna was extremely helpful and always quick to respond. Overall we didnt face any major issues. I would say this is an excellent software at a really reasonable price point.

Cons

We really wanted more ways to customize the team and individual pages and ran into some minor hiccups early on with uploading images and getting the formatting just right.

“Convenient Interface but costly

Pros

I really appreciate simple this platform feels to use and the campaign customization options are amazing. Pulling reports from the backend is straightforward which saves me lot of time. The customer service team is responsive and answers all my questions.

Cons

The pricing feels pretty high compared to other similar tools out there. Another thing that bothers me is that if you cancel your account you lose all your data. Seems unfair

Pros

We did our homework when choosing a fundraising platform and Im so glad we went with this one. Its user friendly and customizable plus the security is so solid that we havent had a single issue in eleven months. The customer service team is great too. We can embed multiple campaigns on our website to keep everything organized. The monthly recurring donation feature is a gamechanger since donors only need to set it up once and it helps us plan ahead for future projects. Great experience overall!

Cons

Found it a bit complicated initially and I found myself needing to rely on the video tutorials more than I'd like when setting up campaigns. Customer support helped but it would be nice to have more ease of use.

“Simple and Budget friendly tool

Pros

The flexible subscription model worked perfectly for our needs as we could use it just for the timeframe we required without being locked into a yearly commitment. The pricing was really reasonable for our budget. Our fundraising team picked it up quickly with no issues. Plus whenever we needed help their support team was always helpful.

Cons

While the event website doesnt offer as many customization options compared to other platforms, it still got the job done for our needs.

Pros

I find CauseVox really easy to use and work with.

Cons

The donor reports can be a bit too much when you first see them but theyre much easier to work with once you download everything into Excel and clean it up.

Pros

Quite easy to get the hang of and the landing page design looks clean and professional. I like its feel.

Cons

One downside is theres no way to give gifts anonymously or set public name options. Other than that its fine.
