Pros
I appreciate how dedicated the team is to helping people get their stolen crypto and digital assets back. The service really focuses on recovery for both individuals and businesses which gives me confidence they understand different types of situations.
Cons
The recovery process can be quite lengthy and there team sometimes takes longer than expected to provide updates on progress.

Pros
I'm really impressed with what we've seen during our testing phase so far. The ability to customize features for our specific industry needs is fantastic and there are so many options available. It's definitely a huge step up from managing everything in spreadsheets and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to make that transition.
Cons
I'm unable to generate contracts or send offers directly through the platform right now. Adding our support system Zammad isn't possible either which is frustrating.

Pros
It's incredibly user friendly with detailed contact history and customizable filters that make finding information easy. Being able to access everything from any device really helps our team stay coordinated and work together smoothly.
Cons
I honestly can't find anything to complain about. Everything runs smoothly and works exactly as expected. The product is pretty much flawless, so I don't really see any areas that need improvement.

It is very user-friendly & efficient, saving me tons of time while keeping everything organized and productive. It's simple and fits our needs perfectly. Cons

Perfect for startups since we need something that won't consume all our attention when we're just trying to get off the ground. The reliability is outstanding and I appreciate how the developers clearly designed this with actual users in mind and it genuinely simplifies my daily workflow.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of much to complain about right now. this is a solid product that deserves more recognition. It used to feel cluttered before but the recent updates fixed everything I didn't like. My only suggestion would be for the developers to add more features to boost productivity even further.
