Pros
I have to say the customer service is decent and the platform itself is easy to use. I really like the AI features they have for campaign management because they make things a lot simpler. Integrating it into other email platforms went smoothly which was a nice surprise.
Cons
I noticed that the shopping platforms available for integration were a bit limited compared to what I was hoping for. Also the monthly pricing feels a little high for what you actually get.
