“Great Communication Tool
Pros
The pricing is really reasonable and you get tons of useful features plus plenty of ways to customize everything to fit your needs.
Cons
Sometimes I miss notifications for new messages but since I check it frequently anyway it's not a major issue.

“Messaging and CRM that actually works
Pros
I'm on this daily for both internal team chat and customer support. Works perfectly across my computer and phone exactly as expected. After using Slack and other live chat tools, this accomplishes the same things but feels more modern and lightweight. The team chat features are what I use most and love being able to save messages, track mentions and reactions I've gotten and the platform keeps getting better with regular updates.
Cons
There are occasional small glitches that pop up, though nothing major enough to make me want to switch. I'd love to see features like gif sharing, custom reaction options, and reminder functionality added and these were things I really appreciated in Slack and hope they'll make their way here eventually.

Pros
It has been a game changer for managing important inquiries that used to get buried in my spam filled inbox. I dont miss collaboration requests or media opportunities anymore and it's really helped me connect better with fans and potential partners.
Cons
Setting it up took me longer than expected since I'm not very tech savvy. A video walkthrough would've made the process much smoother for someone like me. The written documentation used to be pretty confusing to navigate, though I noticed they recently updated the format and finding what you need is much easier now.

“Website Chat Integration Made Simple
Pros
The free chat widget was incredibly simple to set up and literally had it running on our website in under a minute. What really impressed me was discovering this goes way beyond just basic chat functionality. With help from our account manager, I learned it's more like a complete conversation platform that handles everything from live chat to support bots and content driven messaging. Having all conversations connected to a customizable CRM is brilliant since any team member can instantly see customer history and context. The conversation rules feature makes it really efficient for testing different engagement strategies and provided excellent support while I was learning the ropes.
Cons
The pricing jump after the free version feels pretty steep for startups and service agencies like ours. A more budget friendly middle tier would probably help them reach way more small businesses.
