“An excellent CRM choice
Pros
This is the most budget friendly option available. It boasts a beautifully designed user interface and user friendly software making it easy for our new team members to get up to speed quickly. And with lots of customization options, it meets the needs of most small to mid sized businesses. Plus it definitely helps us track our prospects and move them through the sales funnel, ultimately converting them into customers. From there it also helps in managing these relationships effectively.
Cons
I have come to a conclusion that it could use improvement in tracking leads as they move through conversations before a sale is made. We are still figuring out the best way to track this and I think a feature should be added to support that.

Pros
Chatabox software is easy to understand even for someone with no prior experience. Also I find it great for both large and small businesses since it offers a lot of customization options.
Cons
There is not much to dislike about it as it is a complete enterprise solution that we use regularly for both daily and weekly tasks.
