“Simple to figure out”
Pros
Starting with it took very little time because the interface is user friendly and simple to figure out from the start. The reminders have been especially helpful and the messaging feature keeps me organized and on schedule. I also value how secure the system feels which gives me confidence that our data is protected.
Cons
I really haven't had any major issues with it. Once in a while the app freezes but I honestly believe that has more to do with my phone than with the app itself.

“amazing support”
Pros
Using this software has been very simple and one thing I really appreciate is the excellent customer support. Whenever I need help or have questions the responses come back quickly which has been very reassuring.
Cons
I'm not a fan of starting a new batch number every day though that mostly comes from the fact that I only reconcile once a week. I'm planning to switch the batch numbering to weekly and see if that works better. I do miss how when I closed one batch on Monday it would automatically move right into the next number in sequence like 142 to 143. I'm still adjusting so I know I need a little time to get used to the changes.

“convenient church app”
Pros
Pricing feels reasonable and the dioceses package works really well for managing multiple ministries and churches. It also offers solid customization and flexibility which makes it a very capable church app. Installation was simple too.
Cons
Every now and then the app freezes which seems like a minor glitch. Aside from that the software has been very good.

“Reliable database”
Pros
Running our small church with this has worked out really well. The database is practical, user friendly and fits what we need. Whenever an issue comes up the team is quick to help and they're also very open to requests for new features often adding them faster than expected. For a small church like ours it has been an excellent fit.
Cons
There are still a few problems when trying to embed their calendar into our website. That said the team has been very responsive and quick to work through solutions whenever this comes up.

“complete church management”
Pros
Having everything for church management in a single app has been a big advantagefor us. The directory is especially useful and creating groups is very easy. Since we started using the software notifications we've also seen more people taking part in the prayer chain.
Cons
One issue we've run into is with printing event plans. The text comes out too small and because it prints as a PDF, the formatting gets shifted off to the side.
