Pros
It's been an excellent app to use offering a surprisingly wide range of resources and features that rival much more expensive platforms. Yet it comes at a much lower cost than comparable competitors which makes it an exceptional value. I don't feel like I'm sacrificing quality or capability.. just paying a fair price for a tool that genuinely delivers.
Cons
At the beginning it takes some time getting used to it. Even with the provided guides getting up and running still feels time consuming and challenging.

Pros
This has been an excellent fit for our church. It handles so many tasks in one integrated system and the pricing is very reasonable for everything it offers. The support team is outstanding as well and they're incredibly helpful and always looking for ways to improve the product.
Cons
There is definitely some difficulty when it comes to understanding all the ins and outs of the app before you can really get the most out of it but that mostly comes from how customizable it is to fit your church's specific needs.

Pros
Adding and updating members is very easy and sending bulk emails is simple as well. We also track financial giving in the system and generating reports is quick and uncomplicated.
Cons
Something I'd really like is the ability to keep more members marked as active. Right now occasional visitors eventually have to be archived and it would be helpful if they could still be included with active members when sending bulk emails.

Right from the start the interface felt comfortable and mostly easy to use. For a small church like ours the subscription cost is very reasonable. The support team is consistently responsive, bugs get fixed quickly and even our enhancement requests are gradually being addressed. The 2FA feature also adds a strong sense of security to the whole environment.
Cons
An area that still feels awkward is the menu system which is quite clumsy. The way menu access is split between "admin" and "member" modes does not feel very logical. For example a "member" can see the Directory and access their profile directly from the menu while an "admin" cannot access the controlled Directory option or get to their profile as readily. On top of that for "admin" users the profile accessed through the profile picture above the ministry does not include all options especially Volunteering.

Pros
Switching to this software has been a very positive experience for our church. The platform is excellent for church administration, the training required is very short and the migration support from other systems is truly outstanding. It includes one of the most complete feature sets I've come across handling everything from diocesan structures down to local ministries within each church. It covers all the key areas, including people management, accounting, church events and individual follow up. Payment service integration also works very well and feels efficient. Support on both the technical and functional side is fast and precise whenever bugs or issues come up. The mobile app is particularly valuable because it gives members access to personalized details like their contributions and group memberships. Security is another strong point with strong password requirements and multi-factor authentication in place. Overall the pricing matches the breadth and quality of what the platform delivers.
Cons
Automatic translation still needs work (it is not accurate enough in Spanish) although the technical team is open to reviewing it and improving it based on user feedback. The text messaging feature also depends on services that are no longer available in Europe. Also there is currently no bank integration for European banks.

One thing that really stands out is how responsive the support and development teams are. Updates and new features come out quickly and whenever something comes up they respond fast. The pricing is also very competitive and the platform offers everything needed to bring things together in a single church management system.
Cons
A few of the more advanced features still are not as developed as what some of the bigger church management platforms already offer. Even so it is improving quickly and clearly seems committed to reaching the same level as those more established options.

Using this software has been a really positive experience because it's user friendly and highly customizable. Everything is easy to figure out, fast to get set up and adaptable enough to fit the specific needs of our ministry.

Running a small but steadily growing church I've really appreciated how simple this is to learn. The member pricing works well for us and the user permissions are set up in a way that gives good security for owners while clearly controlling what each role can access. Being able to text members as a group is awesome, contribution tracking is very convenient and having mobile access is a big help whenever I'm away from my laptop. Thank you!
Cons
Only thing I didn't like was the increase in pricing for 1000 texts/emails from $10 to $15 although I do understand it.

It does a really nice job of keeping contact information organized in a clean usable interface. The forms feature has been particularly helpful for collecting details from more volunteers and then assigning them to the right ministry category.
Cons
Pricing is the biggest downside. I'd also like to see more flexibility across different parts of the system so it can be customized better for different ministries. That said it's still very simple to understand and use in its current form.

Getting started with this system has been very manageable and adding people and events is pretty easy. There's a lot included to go through and we're still exploring everything it can do. Since we're a volunteer led team it would really help to have one dedicated super user but we just don't have anyone who can commit that kind of time. For a small church though this program can be a really strong fit, we just need to keep building toward that point.

Not everyone is interested in using an online option although it still does make organizing people and programs much more manageable.

After comparing a lot of options this ended up being the clear winner for us in terms of price versus what it offers. The value you get for the features is hard to beat and we have absolutely no regrets about choosing it. The directory event planning and sign-up sheets have all been especially useful and pretty much everything has been.
Cons
One limitation is that volunteer reminders have to use the same settings when they're part of a single event. I already submitted feedback about that and hope it gets improved. While building a form moving some of the fields around as I was adding them was a little tricky. It was frustrating at times but still manageable overall. I'd also really like to see sub events added in the future. For example it would be helpful to have one main Sunday School event then separate events underneath it for each individual class to handle check ins and management while still being able to view the overall combined total for all classes. I've submitted that feedback too and would love to see it added.

Pros
During our search for a church management system this stood out right away because the price actually fit our budget. We're a small church and a lot of the other options were simply out of reach financially. On top of that we needed an app based member directory, payment and donation management and basic accounting so we could reconcile our records with our accountant's reports and this platform covers all of that. Some extra features have been especially useful for us too like event check-ins which we use for Sunday school and nursery attendance, text messaging and push notifications for important updates instead of chaotic group texts and custom profile fields. I've been using those custom fields to keep track of volunteer background checks and required state training. Figuring it out has been pretty manageable and a lot of it can be picked up through trial and error. Whenever I've needed help the FAQs and documentation have been really useful for getting things configured correctly. They also offer assistance with importing data from a previous ChMSe but I've been handling that myself while setting everything up and the process has been very easy.
Cons
There really aren't many negatives for me but I have shared feedback with their team asking for stronger reporting options. I'd love more flexibility to build custom reports and save them instead of relying so much on the default views. Another thing I've noticed is that it seems geared a bit more toward churches focused on growth in size. That's not really our philosophy and a lot of the widgets and dashboard snapshots center on attendance or population numbers. We can ignore those but I'd rather have more widgets and quick views that reflect areas we care about more like the health of our benevolence fund which we use to support people in need both in our church and in the wider community.
