Simple software that works

Pros

I have been using this for my small business and it's really changed how I operate. It's very easy to use even though I'm not great with tech, I had everything running smoothly within days. Managing projects, tracking hours and handling invoices became second nature. What impressed me most is the sheer number of features packed in here. It's like having an entire business toolkit under one roof. I find myself using it daily for everything from lead management to proposal creation. Having all these capabilities consolidated saves me from constantly switching between different applications. Their support team deserves credit too. The few times I've reached out, they responded quickly and actually solved my issues. That kind of reliability matters when your running a business.

Cons

Task management feels pretty basic compared to other project tools I've used and you can't add custom fields or upload files directly to tasks which makes organization harder. The loading times really get to me sometimes, I'll sit there waiting 4-5 minutes for the dashboard to load which is frustrating when you're trying to be productive. Not having a mobile app is inconvenient since I can't quickly check things when I'm away from my desk. Having to enter my email twice during login seems unnecessary in 2024. Working on a laptop without a mouse becomes annoying because you constantly need to right click and open new tabs which is awkward with just a trackpad. It's not terrible software, just has some quirks that can slow you down if your used to more polished tools.

Exactly what I needed

Pros

I find this gem while hunting for project management tools and wow, it does everything I needed and then some! It's been a total lifesaver for my business. Creating digital contracts, tracking client work and handling time billing all in one place and I honestly couldn't ask for a better setup.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about it.

Smooth brand integration solution

Pros

I've been searching for a client management solution forever and stumbled across this through Appsumo. Even though I missed the lifetime deal, the value it brings to our operations makes it worth every penny. Everything from invoicing to embedded forms works smoothly and it's incredibly feature rich and integrates beautifully with our workflow!

Cons

I haven't tried the custom domain or online payment features yet but that's totally on us! Would definitely give this 5 stars if I could.

Reliable platform after years of use

Pros

It's incredibly user friendly and efficient. The recent updates have really improved the overall experience and made everything even more easy to use.

Cons

Integrating this with our project management tools has been a real headache for me. The connectivity issues have disrupted my workflow and made things much less efficient than they should be. I really hope they fix this soon because it would make a huge difference in improving the overall experience.

Perfect for solo work

Pros

I tried tons of platforms but they always seem to miss something important. Maybe the invoicing works great but there's no time tracking or vice versa. This one actually covers all the bases and does each feature well. Been using it since 2012 (back when it had a different name) and it's been rock solid for building my business. Getting estimates approved is easy and invoicing flows smoothly, payments come through reliably and the time tracking doesn't get in my way. The reporting gives me exactly what I need without being overly complicated. I would definitely reccommend it for keeping everything running smoothly.

Cons

I worry they might develop "featuritis" adding so many features that the system becomes bloated and overly complex. Right now it handles everything well but I wish the reporting was stronger. It's adequate but I'd love charts and graphs like cushionapp.com has. Their reports and visuals are fantastic while it excels in areas they lack. A solid dashboard showing viewed invoices, recent payments and current projects would be amazing.

Reliable platform that strengthens operations

Pros

It has become essential for managing my business operations, handling jobs, organizing invoices and tracking time. It's always open in my browser because of how much I rely on it daily. Honestly, it's been one of my best business investments. The interface is user friendly and whenever I need help, the support team responds quickly with genuine, efficient assistance.

Cons

I struggled with setting up the invoices at first and probably my own fault for not knowing what I was doing but once support helped me out, everything runs smoothly now.

Streamlines customer management

Pros

The interface feels really user friendly, making it easy to track billing hours throughout the entire client lifecycle. Navigation is well thought out with everything I need right at my fingertips. What stands out most are the control panel features, client proposal tools, project task management and time tracking capabilities. Adding new customers is very easy and I appreciate being able to export my work when needed.

Cons

The interface is great but feels plain at first glance especially the taskbar which could use more visual appeal. When I'm looking at expenses, I really wish there were charts showing spending over time, what's been billed versus what hasn't and it would make tracking everything so much clearer and more engaging to work with.
