Great Tool for Client Communication

Pros

The way it keeps all my leads organized in one spot is fantastic. I really appreciate the reminders to follow up with customers based on timing whether they need wedding bands, a cleaning or just a friendly check-in. This tool has helped me grow my personal sales tremendously. The customer support team is always available when I have questions or ideas. The edge integration works easily and both my staff and I stay logged in across all our computers and iPads throughout the day.

Cons

The inbox gets pretty messy sometimes though I've noticed it's getting better.

Boosting Revenue with This Tool

Pros

I originally thought this would just help me collect deposits for repairs and custom jobs but it's turned into a key part of my daily sales process. I use it nearly every day now. You know how customers hear your pitch and say they want to "think about it"? Once they leave, they're just as likely to start looking elsewhere as they are to come back. That used to be my biggest challenge. But for the past few months, I've been sending followup emails with estimate details and a simple payment link. At least 90% of people review the email and pay the deposit the same day. That's a huge improvement from the 50/50 odds I had when asking them to return to the store. The real value is capturing payments while the leads are still hot which we all know is crucial for closing sales. The links work perfectly and the entire process is straightforward for both me and my customers. I'd definitely recommend this tool.

Cons

Sometimes my messages end up in spam folders which is frustrating.

The interface is incredibly good and anyone on our team can jump right in regardless of their tech skills. It's been a game-changer for our workflow since we're spending way less time on phone calls and can actually focus on the customers right in front of us. Our clients love getting texts instead of calls because they can respond whenever it's convenient for them no more endless phone tag. Plus cold texting has completely replaced those dreaded cold calls, we're seeing much better response rates than we ever got with traditional calling.

Cons

We're dealing with some bugs right now but the support team and Clientbook staff are fantastic to collaborate with and make troubleshooting easy.

powerful automations and quick setup

Pros

Getting started with Clientbook was simple and syncing it with my website didn't take much effort. The automation tools are a big plus and have been one of my favorite parts of using it.

Cons

Support has been inconsistent which has been frustrating. It's uncommon to get an issue resolved the same day and sometimes it feels like problems don't get fixed at all. They also seem to keep rolling out new features randomly instead of addressing the issues users already need solved.

Pros

It works well with our POS system and the customer messaging feature has been useful for staying in touch with clients.

Cons

One thing that really limits it for us is not being able to view Google or Facebook reviews which are very important to our business.

Pros

One of the biggest benefits for us has been setting reminders so we never miss reaching out to clients on important dates.

Cons

Connecting it with our Point of Sale system does take some time upfront but once everything is set up, the time invested feels completely worth it.
