I appreciate having everything consolidated in one place, plus the AI integration really streamlines operations by automating tasks like collecting Google reviews and handling client responses automatically.

Cons

The AI is still pretty new, so there are a few bugs here and there. But honestly once it's configured properly, it handles appointment booking and everything else automatically. It's hard to find much fault with software this useful whether you're in real estate, investing, mortgage, plumbing, or really any service business.
