Pros
The whole process is easy to manage and the interface is clear and makes sense. Overall I find it simple to use without any confusion.
Cons
Well the current contributions in the inbox and tasks are not clearly distinguished by color such as Today, Yesterday etc. Also it would be better if these had more contrast or were more visible in color. And the comments added with F6 should retain their color settings. In our company everyone has their own color so it is easy to see who added what. Currently I have to manually highlight my notes and change the color. The color settings should stay consistent.

We can customize everything for each employee which is pretty helpful. And as long as activities are kept up to date, it is quick and easy to find all the important information.
Cons
Some helpful features are not easy to spot right away so it took a bit of our time to find them at first.
