Pros
I can easily share and manage contact information while using marketing data to generate new business opportunities. This tool gives me a flexible and easy way to handle data management. It streamlines how I process contact information and keeps me updated with current details and helps us enhance our marketing strategy.
Cons
The team might become too dependent on this system which could hurt customer relationships if something goes wrong. Its not really a fit for every type of business as companies with very standardized customer transactions probably wont see much benefit from it. While there are definitely advantages once everythings running smoothly, the upfront investment and temporary productivity dips can be pretty significant.

Pros
It makes us able to quickly pull together all the data I need and build a solid database that makes team collaboration much smoother. Its been really helpful for marketing research when we want to gather public feedback and opinions.
Cons
The database customization means we cant share certain information with everyone and you need admin permission for key features. We find that a little problematic. Also data security is pretty weak and definitly needs improvement.
