Pros
I found it really easy to understand and get things done. The workflow system for handling processes and sending out reminders works great for keeping everything organized. Plus it connects well with other platforms I'm already using.
Cons
The project management features could definitely be better and honestly there customer service is not that cooperative when you need help.
