Pros
What I appreciate most is how estimates are handled. All costs, including profit, are added automatically and materials and labor are already saved in the library, so it's just a click away. I can also print projects showing full cost details.
Cons
There really isn't anything I dislike about this tool. It has worked well for me so far.

“Simplifies cost calculation and management”
Pros
The software automatically adds up all the costs in an estimate including profits, so there is no risk of missing anything. All material and labor costs are stored in the library making them just a click away. You can easily print out a project or item showing the materials and labor costs.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike about Contract Controller.
