“Great tool without the bloat
Pros
This CRM sticks to the basics without overwhelming me with unnecessary features I'll never use. I can easily find what I need to run my business without digging through endless bells and whistles. The flexibility in pricing is refreshing and I can choose between a subscription for hosted service or pay upfront to host it myself. I'm tired of being forced into monthly fees, so having that old-school option is really appreciated.
Cons
The interface looks dated and makes the dashboard seem cluttered even though it's actually not. Nothing major though.

“Reliable tool with growth potential
Pros
I really appreciate how customizable this software is .it adapts perfectly to any company size. The flexibility here is impressive and everything feels easy to work with.
Cons
Time and cost present real challenges for me and the user adoption rate has been disappointing with fewer people actually implementing the system than expected.

Pros
The customization options are incredible and it really handles everything I need from a CRM. I can schedule meetings and manage my calendar, process invoices and documents, plus it works great for project management and keeping track of all my contacts.
Cons
The lack of Android and Linux compatibility is frustrating and there's no web deployment option available. Your stuck using it only on Windows and Mac systems. What really bothers me is they dont offer any free trial period to test the software before committing to a purchase.

Pros
I like how this tool streamlines our internal communications and makes data visualization simple. Once our team got trained on it, everything became much more convenient for day-to-day collaboration.
Cons
Missing basic chat functions really bothers me and I can't even delete messages. It would be great if they could add these standard features .

I find this tool really helpful for trying new approaches in sales. It makes things much simpler for executives to explore different options and has definitely made our work more collaborative and streamlined.
Cons
We're still figuring out the calling features and some other essential functions we need. There's definitely more to explore with this tool, so we're hoping things will improve as we learn more about what it can do.

Its very user friendly and how it transforms my daily workflow into something I actually enjoy. The functionality is solid and there's a good variety of features that keep up with current industry needs.
Cons
Honestly, with so many alternatives out there, I feel like they could really streamline their services more. The competition is pretty fierce and I think they need to focus on simplifying things to give users a better overall experience.

I find this it very useful for handling contacts, scheduling and project coordination all in one place. The customization options are fantastic and I can tailor it to fit exactly what my team needs.
Cons
Linking opportunities to existing contacts can be tricky. It would be really helpful to have a live chat option for when I get stuck. Also, setting up the Gmail integration turned out to be more complicated than I thought.

The scalability really impressed me and the way it integrates with our email exchange environment works smoothly.
Cons
The cost feels steep for what you actually receive in terms of features and support. Also there's no mobile compatibility which is really inconvenient when your trying to access things on the go.
