“Simple and efficient

Pros

I am not very experienced with personal CRM tools but Covve's interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Plus I love the contact management feature which helps me clean up my phone contacts and scan/import business cards effortlessly exactly what I did not know I needed. So it is a must-have for anyone who networks.

Cons

One area for improvement as per me would be the layout and personalization of the home screen. Plus seeing a long list of 30+ contacts that still need sorting was a bit overwhelming. And I would prefer to see my connected contacts or reminders first, with suggested contacts following or have a way to personalize the layout.

Pros

Well I started using Covve in 2017 to manage my personal contacts mostly outside of work. When our team went fully remote in 2020 we began trying out different tools and workflows for team members and it is when it became a huge hit with everyone.

Cons

It caters to many different industries and use cases so some features were not relevant to me. Plus it took a bit of trial and error to figure out what I really needed versus what I did not. But that is just a matter of personal preference.

Pros

This app is simply amazing. It has saved me so much time that I used to spend organizing contacts in spreadsheets. And it is by far the best CRM mobile app I have used. As it is the perfect app for managing my personal network.

Cons

I do not have any complaints as this app is exactly what I have been searching for.

Pros

Managing my network has never been easier since I started using Covve. The smart reminders have been proven very helpful in keeping up with my business relationships. Plus the business card scanner is also a fantastic feature.

Honestly I have not run into any issues with it so far.

I never thought about using AI for relationship management but Covve has truly opened my eyes to the potential. It is definitely the future of CRM and now a key part of my daily routine.

While it does not have many features yet but I definitely find it great at what it does and has plenty of potential for growth.

Covve app does not sync with LinkedIn which I did not like as it is an important tool for networking especially during the pandemic.
