Pros
CRMLeaf offers a clean, easy to use interface for managing leads, contacts and deals. The visual sales pipeline is also proven very helpful to me and the automation saves lots of time. Plus real-time tracking and email integration really stand out. And overall it is lightweight yet packed with powerful features.
Cons
Although the advanced reporting features feel a bit limited and customizations can be a bit tricky, more third-party integrations and in-app tips for new users would be great. That said the support team is always quick to respond and provide helpful assistance whenever I need.
