Pros
Luis provided excellent customer service while helping me set up the software. The platform feels simple and user-friendly right from the start. What I appreciate most is how the team continuously works on improvements. It shows they really care about their product. There are tons of options available which makes it perfect for mobile-based businesses like mine. I'd definitely recommend this to others.
Cons
Time tracking could use some work and I wish there was a way to categorize services and materials better. The most frustrating thing is not being able to add photos directly to invoices that's a feature I really need.
