The best for hospitality

Pros

d-edge is a fantastic tool for managing a hotel online with seamless integration to various OTAs and a top-notch direct booking engine.

Cons

Managing restrictions and rate plans can be a bit complex and I feel like the overall cost is a bit high for a smaller hotel.

Very easy to use

Pros

I find it a user friendly system that is easy to apply and simple to learn.

Cons

Sometimes I noticed there are significant issues with communication between the system and the PMS.

problem with OTA communication

Pros

It is a powerful system for managing reservations and pricing that too pretty nicely.

Cons

One thing I did not like was that the system occasionally struggles with syncing reservations.

Reliable system

Pros

The integration process is smooth, the support is excellent and the reporting feature has become an invaluable part of our daily business intelligence tools.
