“Better alternatives are out there
Pros
Well it does work but there is nothing extraordinary about it. We have been using this software for over 10 years and we are still going strong, so I guess that counts as a pro?
Cons
Honestly there are so many cons that it would take forever to list them all. When we first got the software I asked my manager "Is this a new company and are we their first clients?" As the interface was clunky and did not work well from the start and it still does not. For example when entering an emergency contact name in the create new prospect form, you would expect that after typing the name and hitting tab, it would move to the phone number field. But instead it jumps to a health screening dropdown. I mean Seriously? This is basic programming. Another issue is that CSI sometimes hides windows behind others meaning you have to minimize them to find what you are looking for. Many functions do not ask for confirmation before executing so if you make a mistake, you are out of luck because you cannot undo it which leads to real data loss. Plus when creating a new membership, precision is key but if I make a mistake, I cannot go back to correct it without contacting our business office manager. Running reports is confusing and complicated too and the form design feels outdated like something from the 90s created by someone with no design experience.

“Has some bugs but it still works
Pros
I like that it is user-friendly most of the time. I was able to get the hang of it pretty quickly and has a lot of useful features too.
Cons
It could use some updates. As I noticed some characters do not align properly and look a bit off.

“Keeps things simple
Pros
Everything is really easy to use and it does not take a lot of my time to get familiar with the buttons. Plus this program lets you run two screens with different functions simultaneously.
Cons
I am not sure if this issue happens because we use it on two different computers but sometimes opening a POS window is a hassle.

Pros
CSI software is proven excellent for handling schedules and I must say it also has a solid POS feature.
Cons
It needs improvements in tracking various types of client data.
