Excellent Setup & Support Experience

Pros

The tech support team really went above and beyond to help me set up automation that wasn't originally designed for my industry. They put in countless hours working with me to build custom workflows, reports and email templates that perfectly fit my needs.

Cons

The pricing structure really hits hard, there's a hefty $1500 setup fee even for basic implementation. You'll want to make sure you're getting every penny's worth from that investment!

Easy Setup, Limited Features

Pros

What really stands out to me is the simplicity and everything feels easy to use right from day one. I love being able to set up filters and block certain actions which helps prevent those costly user mistakes we used to have. Creating triggers and viewing tasks is easy and it saves me so much time during busy periods.

Cons

I would love to see an automatic feature that rolls incomplete tasks to the next business day so nothing gets forgotten or abandoned.

Smart choice for financial advisors

Pros

I've never used a CRM that comes close to matching what this platform can do. Beyond just handling leads, it actually helps me create new loan opportunities and close deals more effectively.

Cons

The user interface feels clunky and could use some refinement. Customer support is pretty slow to respond which can be frustrating when you need help quickly.

Great software with room to grow

Pros

This tool is absolutely fantastic for businesses looking to offer comprehensive debt solutions to their clients! What really stands out is how it handles student loan consolidation coz that's a massive portion of most people's debt these days.

Cons

I haven't discovered anything negative about this system yet! It's been great across the board and has really helped my clients out. I have complete confidence in it!
