Pros
I find the interface super user friendly. Having everything in one place has been a total game-changer and I don't have to juggle between different programs anymore. The automated reminders for follow ups and contract expirations are a huge help in keeping me on track with important deadlines.
Cons
I would love to see commercial offer generation added to the features.
