“Great support and complete coverage
Pros
I find exactly what I was looking for with this program. It handles all the same functions that ACT used to provide before they switched to that expensive yearly subscription model. The customer support has been outstanding, honestly couldn't be better.
Cons
I haven't run into any major issues yet, everything seems to be functioning very well so far.

“Streamlined Contact Management That Works
Pros
I find this much more effective than Act! when it comes to managing contacts and scheduling appointments. What I really appreciate is that it doesn't break the bank like other solutions and it runs smoothly without requiring a powerhouse computer setup.
Cons
I'm quite pleased with this compared to Act! for Windows, which I relied on for decades.

“Excellent CRM and Business Organizer
Pros
It's very user friendly tool. The way it implements GTD practices is excellent and the interface looks clean and pleasant. Managing both individual tasks and entire projects feels very easy.

The automatic sync between my cloud PC and Android device works smoothly and quickly. In over 25 years of working with technology, I've never experienced customer support this exceptional.

“Excellent tool for daily management
Pros
The way it syncs between my desktop and mobile versions works really well.
Cons
I can't handle daily priority ranking the way Franklin Covey teaches, though I think they'd probably try to add it if I requested the feature.
