Pros
I really appreciate how streamlined time entry and billing have become. The new features they rolled out in version 2.6.4 are quite impressive and make my workflow much smoother.
Cons
I've noticed that performance can be sluggish when screens are loading. I'm really hoping they address the container cleanup issues soon to improve things.

Pros
Having everything integrated, time tracking, expenses, billing, GL and project management, in one place has been a game changer for our finance operations. It gives us much better control and clearer visibility into how the business is running.
Cons
The upgrade process can be resource intensive and eats up a lot of time especially when you've been through several of them over the years like we have.

Pros
I've been working with this system for more than a decade and honestly can't imagine finding a better ERP solution that fits what we need. The interface is clean and it outperforms every other tool I've tried in this space. What really impresses me is how the development team constantly pushes for improvements and they actually listen to what users are asking for and turn that feedback into genuinely useful features.
Cons
The WSC feels outdated and really needs an upgrade. They're lagging behind other providers who've already moved to web only solutions and this should have been prioritized years ago.

“Powerful ERP with complexity challenges

I'll admit it's really impressive with all its capabilities. Sure, I felt lost when I first started using it but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. I handle my monthly timesheet submissions through the platform and since I work in finance, I'm constantly creating invoices for different projects. Setting up new projects for various sites is easy and I regularly update budgets and pull reports like A/R aging and WIP reconciliation reports.
Cons
It can feel overwhelming at first. You'll definitely need some training to get comfortable with everything before you can really make the most of it.
