Quite a reliable tool

Pros

The customer service they offer is simply the best as they are always available to assist us when needed. Plus they also take a follow up.

Great platform!

Pros

It is an easy to use platform. So I highly recommend it especially for those who send a lot of push notifications for events or other purposes.

Cons

So far I have not come across many negative points. The only issue is that sometimes I cannot log in with the same browser I usually use but switching browsers seems to fix it.

Complete and easy-to-use tool

Pros

The ease of use and the variety of features available on the platform are great. The customer service is also excellent and always ready to answer any questions we have.

Solid tool

Pros

I really like it as it offers a complete 360-degree customer profile and customizable email templates that can be easily tailored with data.

Cons

Well few of the interfaces feel outdated but I am happy to see a redesign in progress. Also I feel like Facebook Ads plugin would be really useful.

Ideal for sending retention email campaigns

Pros

Well I use Dialog Insight to send monthly loyalty campaigns. There are quite a few things I like about it such as email creation tool as it is pretty simple with its drag and drop interface. And once the templates are set up you can easily select them to launch campaigns without any hassle.

Cons

It took me a few days to master the segmentation tool because there are so many settings available and I am still new to using it. However, the effort was worth it as I can now create highly targeted segments.

Happy with it for more than ten years

Pros

Managing contacts, automating marketing, running campaigns and handling subscriptions have made our work much easier saving us time and boosting productivity.

Cons

It can get quite expensive if you have a large contact database which is the case for us.

It has a clean, easy to understand interface with complete and powerful features. Plus it offer an excellent customer service. Overall it is an affordable Quebec-based solution.

Cons

Let me tell you that it is important to take the time to properly implement the solution and carefully consider all your needs and specifics upfront, especially for a B2B service business.

Simple platform with great features and options

Pros

Dialog Insight is easy to use. The drag and drop feature makes it quick to learn how to send responsive emails. Plus the customer support is outstanding too.

Cons

I wish there was more flexibility with contact data like being able to extract a sending report for a specific contact and analyze it. This option is not available yet but hopefully it will be in the future. Also it frequently updates its platform which can be both exciting and frustrating as sometimes we have to relearn certain pages layouts and update our procedures.

Great software for your marketing campaigns or newsletters

Pros

We have been using Dialog Insight formerly REP Solution for over 15 years. It is a simple tool that perfectly meets our needs. The customer support is excellent too and since it is a Quebec-based product available in French, it was a great fit for us.

Cons

It might be a bit too expensive for our needs as we only send a monthly newsletter. But I know there are many other features that we do not use which might be liked by larger organizations.

Affordable software

Pros

Well the customer service is very responsive. Also I like that the product is reasonably priced, with powerful features offering good value for the cost.

Cons

There is a learning curve with this tool. As not all of the features are as simple as we expected them to be.
