Pros

The interface is really user friendly and makes designing email campaigns simple even if you're not particularly tech savvy. From my experience, the pricing is quite affordable compared to other email marketing tools which is perfect for small businesses just getting started.

Cons

I wish customer support was more responsive and available in real time. When issues come up, it can be frustrating waiting for help to resolve problems quickly.
