“Solid CRM with minor issues”
Pros
It is easy with its clean, minimal design that treats activities like breadcrumbs, everything's positioned exactly where you'd expect it. The settings page gives you a perfect overview of your entire organization and the top navigation bar keeps all the other functions easily accessible.
Cons
The integration options are limited right now. I'd love to see connections with KonnectzIT, Pabbly and Integromat added. The development team did tell me these are coming though, so thats something to look forward to.

“Great management tool!”
Pros
The interface is easy and well-organized, so even as a newcomer, I was able to figure things out on my own with just a little help from community resources or other users.
Cons
The initial setup bombarded me with way too many unnecessary questions that didn't seem relevant to what I actually needed. They really need to reorganize the onboarding process and focus on the essential stuff first instead of making you wade through all this irrelevant information that just slows everything down.
