Pros
I would say it is definitely worth checking out. The interface is simple and the available nodes cover most of the daily tasks and needs of ours.
Cons
Right now it is only compatible with Telegram. We would love to use other messaging platforms on the same system. Also although this builder provides catalog nodes, connecting the chatbot to external databases like Google Sheets takes some time, effort, technical knowledge and coding skills.
