Has game-changing features

Pros

As an early tester, I have been able to see Doplac evolve and get better over time. What really impresses me is the teams clear vision and how the owner personally connects with agency owners like me. The platform is full of useful features (the ones that work) and they keep adding more like the new LinkedIn integration for finding leads which is a total game-changer. I went with their Tier 2 lifetime deal at a great price and I am really happy I did. If you want to save on CRM costs, I would definitely recommend grabbing the LTD while you can. You could make back what you spent in just a few months if the features fit what you need.

Cons

The biggest drawback right now is that not all the features are fully functional yet which can be a little frustrating. It might take another one to three months before everything is completely rolled out. This delay is likely why they are offering such attractive lifetime deals to early users.

Highly valuable for email campaigns

Pros

Doplac has been highly valuable for NB Elite Realty in Miami especially for our email campaigns. Its user-friendly design, smart audience segmentation and automated scheduling have seriously improved our campaign performance. The monitoring and reporting tools help us track results and refine our strategy for better outcomes. Plus their customer support is fast and effective, raising the bar for service. Overall it has become essential for upgrading our email marketing and strengthening client relationships.

Cons

There is really nothing to dislike. That said I'd suggest adding more detailed features and introducing new elements like creating plugins for WordPress.

saving money with an easy dashboard

Pros

I really like how easy the dashboard is to use. Plus I am saving money by using this CRM instead of separate tools for cold email, LinkedIn outreach and social media management.

Cons

Since they are still new in the market I noticed some features occasionally run into minor issues.

a great opportunity for early users

Pros

Well I first heard about Doplac during their launch event. They offered a limited number of lifetime deals for early users which seemed like a great opportunity. When they announced the LTD in their Facebook group, I reached out to learn more and make sure it was a legitimate product not just a sales tactic. I discovered that the team has solid plans for the next 3, 6 and 12 months and they are rolling out new features quickly. The owner has been personally talking to agency owners including me which shows real commitment. After testing the product, I was impressed as many features work well and more are on the way like LinkedIn lead generation which is huge. I ended up getting their Tier 3 LTD at a low price. My advice is that if you want to reduce CRM costs, grab the LTD before it is gone. You could see a return on investment in just 2 to 4 months with the current features and you will still have lifetime access. Just be sure the features match what you need as they are building an all in one platform, so see if the LTD is a fit for your business early on.

Cons

The main concern is that not all features have been released yet. Given their current development speed, it could take one to three months to fully launch everything which is probably why the LTD offer is such a good deal for early adopters. They have not introduced the sales funnel builder yet which is a bit disappointing, but it's scheduled to come out in the next month or two. There are a few other small issues but since the product is still in its early stages, these will likely be fixed soon. Overall I would say if they maintain this pace and continue improving the platform, it could really be a game-changer. Otherwise its main benefit might remain the significant discounts and LTD offers for early users.
