“Central hub with alerts but buggy app and pricing”
Pros
Having all my jobs and client details in a single, central hub is the best part. I also love the automatic alerts it sends out. It's completely eliminated those frustrating moments of showing up for a quote only to discover the client completely forgot about the appointment.
Cons
The mobile application can be glitchy often failing to open properly or having unresponsive controls. The automated notification system also has poor timing, sometimes alerting customers as early as 6 AM. The feature set feels limited unless you upgrade and the pricing model is inflexible, you're required to pay the full per-person fee even if you only need to assign team members to projects without giving them full platform access.
