RiskProfiler gave us a clear view of our exposed digital footprint, from subdomains and IPs to shadow IT. The fast detection and contextual asset mapping make it much quicker to identify and prioritize the most critical risks. Bringing phishing, vulnerability and brand intelligence together in one platform has also made our entire threat management process far more organized.

Cons

It would be even better if there were a guided setup for alert calibration based on industry or company size especially to help newer teams cut down on signal overload in the early stages.

Pros

The customization features have been a game changer for me. Ive managed to adjust everything to fit exactly what our organization need, and its made such a difference in how efficiently we operate. The technical support team deserves major credit too as theyre always there when I need help with questions or troubleshooting. Has been a huge help for me and my team.

What frustrates me most is when the system experiences multiple failures though the team works hard to resolve issues quickly.
