Noticeable quality boost

Pros

We have gained better visibility into activities which allows us to monitor our field team more closely. Also this has helped us reduce costs by optimizing the time our team spends on revenue generating tasks.

Cons

I feel like the number of integrations could definitely be improved. They mentioned that they are working on it but in today's world integrations are essential for making life easier. Plus it would be great if they could speed up this process.

Experience was smooth

Pros

When I first come across EKMOB my main expectations were that it would be user-friendly, basic and durable. And it met all three of these expectations. On behalf of my team I can confidently say that we are really pleased with it. So every team that interacts with customers outside the office should definitely use it.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike for now.

Saves a lot of time

Pros

Having all your interactions, visits, documents and related data on our mobile device keeps us up to date. Before our field team meets a customer they can easily check whats been done before. And if someone leaves or changes roles we can keep all the knowledge intact. Plus the ability to assign tasks from HQ to the field team is also a huge benefit. Overall it really feels like a personal assistant to me.

Cons

It is a great tool but the implementation process did take a bit of time. We also needed to train our staff which added some time as well though it was not too difficult. And we were able to customize the program to meet our needs and we successfully uploaded our process charts and organizational structure. Plus there were some organizational issues during the implementation that made it take a little longer than we anticipated.

Pros

It is a genuine SaaS solution with an easy to use application that works smoothly on all types of mobile devices which I like the most about it.

Cons

I have nothing much to say as the integrations with all the current backends are solid and it's developing quickly.

Well-integrated and user-friendly

Pros

EKMOB is highly customizable. The onboarding experience was fantastic. Plus they have an excellent customer success team and they respond to you in under 15 minutes when you reach out through Intercom. Plus it is very easy to use and the mobile functionality is awesome. Our engineers can directly take photos in the field and upload them. And when approving production like column production, they instantly fill out Quality Control Forms via their mobile phones. It also integrates seamlessly with our ERP system.

Cons

At first our team was not keen on using it consistently. However once they realized its value they started using it every day. And I noticed that it works better on mobile phones than tablets.
