Before switching to this software our team was spending a huge amount of time trying to organize, track and constantly update prospective student information. Since adopting it we've been able to put our attention where it belongs: building real connections with students. The platform looks polished, is simple to work with and has covered everything we needed plus more. Compared to our old admissions application which was slow, confusing and frustrating to use this new application is much more user friendly for students and also gives us significantly better data.

Pros

One of the best parts is how much you can modify it to your needs. The option to create segments using almost any mix of data points is incredibly useful. It also saves time being able to quickly pull up a specific group and export it directly to email. Also their team is very open to user feedback and seems genuinely willing to consider suggestions for product improvements.

Cons

certain processes don't function exactly as expected but the support team is excellent about addressing problems quickly. Many of the routine updates seem focused on permanently resolving those issues while also rolling out improvements that users have requested.

We chose this software because the feature set is incredibly broad. It has helped us replace our application management system, marketing platform, email marketing tools and student CRM with one product. Even though it's still a relatively young platform with plenty of room to mature the team behind it is sharp engaged and very responsive to feedback.

At the start it sometimes felt extremely broad but not always very deep in every area. That was a trade off we were willing to accept based on our organization's needs at the time. It's been encouraging to watch how quickly the product has evolved over the past year or more. Performance and sophistication have improved a lot and the team supporting it has also been excellent.

It lets us manage students efficiently from the prospect phase all the way through approval. It gives us access to a broad range of data, helps us understand the best ways to communicate with students, keeps daily tasks visible and makes the application process almost completely paperless. It also has a polished look for students using our website.

In the beginning it took some time when it came to locating information and getting everything configured properly on the front end.

Really stands out for how adaptable it is to a school's specific needs. Whether you're managing a large institution with more than 100 programs or a smaller school with around 10 the platform can be configured to support those needs and even go beyond them.

Don't have any complaints. Any time something came up during set up process or while using the system the live support team was available and ready to help.

As someone who isn't especially tech savvy this has been a perfect fit. It's easy to use while still offering a lot of useful features. Because of it we can assign incoming students much more efficiently and effectively.

Cons

There's very little about the software that I dislike. On the rare occasion that an issue or concern comes up it gets resolved very quickly through Live Chat which has been consistently fast and thorough.
