Serves the purpose

Pros

We found it suitable for handling HR tasks. It does exactly what you need it to do without any unnecessary complications.

Cons

Found it pretty expensive especially since we used it for a limited purpose.

Efficient tool for business processes automation

Pros

ELMA is an easy to use low code platform that really helps cut down on training time and costs for staff. I can automate our company's business processes without needing any developers which is huge. The detailed manuals and training courses they provide are incredibly helpful. A business analyst can actually set up processes in just a few hours using these resources. What I particularly like is being able to create different user interfaces for various employee groups so everyone only sees the information they actually need. This makes getting started with new workflows much smoother and easier for everyone involved.

Cons

The process extensions feel pretty limited right now and the ones available are fairly basic. I am hoping theyll enhance these features down the line. For now you can connect it to external systems and build complex business workflows but youll need developers to make it happen.

Flexible Solution

Pros

Ive been working with this system for about a year now and its exactly what we needed for managing customer relationships. The simplicity really stands out as even team members without technical backgrounds can set things up and configure workflows easily. What impressed me most was how professional and dedicated the development team has been throughout our entire set up process.

Cons

Setting up access for bound items was tricky. The default permissions just dont cut it so you end up having to write custom code to get what you need. Pretty inconvenient unless your comfortable with coding.
