Excellent admission management tool

Pros

I really like how the marketing automation works and being able to customize the funnels to fit our specific needs.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a major issue, though I do think it could offer better value for the price point.

Solid software, great analytics!

Pros

I find it really easy to use and the reporting analysis features are solid. What I particularly like is how counselors can make calls while updating lead cards at the same time, that's a nice workflow improvement. The dynamic dashboard showing all email conversations and marketing analytics is quite helpful for getting a quick overview of everything.

Cons

Their customer support could be better and I wish there was direct Power BI integration. Report exports take longer than I'd like which can be frustrating when you need data quickly.

Flexible software with great usability

Pros

The platform's simplicity and how easily I can access everything is what I appreciate most.

Cons

Sometimes it takes forever to load which can be pretty frustrating when you're trying to get work done quickly.

Decent but Needs to Improve

Pros

The team support has been really helpful whenever I've reached out. They're responsive and knowledgeable about the platform.

Cons

The API integration could use some serious work and honestly the segmentation processes for lead nurturing are very disappointing. I would also love to see more advanced technologies implemented.
