AmCham Chile is very pleased with our decision to implement ExxpertApps, a fully integrated platform that gives us a complete 360� view of our customers and contacts. It is user-friendly and the the team provided excellent support during the transition, ensuring everything went smoothly and stayed on schedule. Also the program has improved our internal coordination. As a Chamber of Commerce it is essential for us to understand our members and their experiences. It has provided us with the tools to track their journeys and measure their satisfaction helping us better serve their needs and achieve our goals.

We are satisfied with the software and have not come across any issues or drawbacks.

Pros

It is easy to use at all levels of the organization, simple to set up and provides excellent information that is easy to access. Plus it has been a game changer for small organizations especially those working remotely or with telecommuting teams. Overall I find it easy to adapt to the needs of the organization.

Cons

Creating or getting specific reports can be somewhat difficult as the process is not always simple or easy to access.

Pros

ExxpertApps offers everything we need to manage sales, oversee projects, keep track of company contacts, centralize communications and even run email campaigns. I would say it is a one stop solution that helps streamline multiple aspects of our business operations.

Cons

So far I have not noticed any shortcomings in the software.
