It's really easy to customize the product based on specific customer needs. Whether it's adjusting settings or tweaking features, everything is simple and flexible.
Cons
Since it's open source, it doesn't have all the features that paid products might offer. However this can be worked around by customizing the system to meet our specific needs, so it's not a huge dealbreaker.
