Pros
I really appreciate how much customization is available to fit our specific organizational needs plus the ability to create unlimited different views is also a great feature that I find very useful.
Cons
We rely on multiple integrations to connect other websites with this platform for things like automatic donation syncing. It would be incredible if there were native integrations with major payment processors like Paypal and Stripe built right in as this would save us from having to outsource or figure out how to build these connections ourselves, which hasnt worked out so well.

“Solid Platform, more storage would help a lot
Pros
I'm really enjoying Fireberry so far! It does a great job keeping our notes and interactions organized in one place, other than that interface feels clean and becomes very easy once you get the hang of how everything works. What I particularly appreciate is the tagging feature for contacts and being able to tag people we've been in touch with makes it so much easier to search later and see which cases we've worked on together. This is huge for our work since we regularly deal with the same rabbis, lawyers, mediators and other professionals over time. Having that institutional memory of different people helps us make connections, learn from past experiences and know who we can trust or should avoid.
Cons
The storage limitations are frustrating. we can't upload larger files like court orders and beit din decisions, so we end up juggling between this system and Google Drive. It makes everything feel disconnected when you need to check two places for client information. Also, there are some annoying technical issues, the timestamps default to Israel time and can't be changed and notes don't auto-save as you type. I've lost entire notes when my computer crashed or a tab closed unexpectedly which is very frustrating when youre documenting important case details.

“My go to tool for daily operations
Pros
It becomes very easy after going through training. In my role as a case advocate, I primarily rely on this tool for documenting client interactions also I find it really user friendly and I appreciate how detailed you can get when writing notes so, there's no limit to how specific your documentation can be.
Cons
The note function bothers me since you cant edit them once they're posted which is frustrating when I make a mistake or need to add something. I wish it worked like the activity logs where you can go back and make changes.

The customization options are fantastic. I can really tailor it to fit our specific needs and being able to take notes directly in the tasks section has been a game changer for keeping our cases organized. We rely on this tool daily for our casework, it's definitely optimized and helped our entire process.
Cons
It doesn't include cloud storage, so we have to connect it to Google Drive whenever we need to store anything.

Pros
I appreciate how simple this tool is to use and it gives our team a central hub for entering notes and important details. Its really useful when staff needs to catch up on previous interactions by reading through other team members entries. The organizational features help me stay on top of client management and program tracking effectively. Im in it several times throughout each day!
Cons
I really wish it had better organization for my support program sessions. Right now I cant view all my notes in one spot sorted by date without jumping between different pages which is frustrating. Sure, I could just write everything under one page with dates but that doesnt work well for me since I need to track attendance for each session and that changes every time. I would love to see this improved.

“Organized and easy to use
Pros
I can handle all my case notes and contact lookups in one place. This has pretty much eliminated my need for scattered documents across Dropbox and Google Drive, everything's centralized now.
Cons
I haven't run into any major issues yet, though cant say much as Im still relatively new to using it.
