“Conversion Tracking is outstanding
Pros
It really stands out when it comes to tracking conversions at the source level, plus the timely follow up and reminder calling features work great. I appreciate being able to monitor advance payment status and keep tabs on post sales payment tracking with proper followup.
Cons
For certain clients, I cant set up automated reminder schedules like following up every 25th of the month. I have to track these manually which is a problem. Also, the report customization features could use some serious improvement to make them more appealing and user friendly.

I can reach my business goals much more easily with this system and it really helps me manage CRM processes better. Having all customer data available in real time for detailed reporting has been a game changer for my workflow.
